With a synchronously invested wave machine line system; can produce corrugated from 3 to 7 layers, wave width more than 2200mm.

Design speed: 180 – 200m/min for 3 floors, 150 – 160m/min for 5 floors

Working width: 2200 – 2800mm

Wave pattern: A, C, B, E (according to customer’s request)

Standard paper use: g110-200gsm face paper, 80-180gsm corrugated paper, 90-180gsm inner paper

Hoang Long Phat invests in a one-time high-speed technical printer that can complete all stages from color printing, size division, laminating, slicing, slotting, stacking and other processes of cartons simultaneous. The printer array at the factory has the following advantages:

• Fast print speed produces a large volume of product in the allotted time.
• The design of the ink supply unit is minimalist, convenient to adjust the ink while the machine is in operation.
• Adjust the length of the printed paper in accordance with the model and order placed.

Print speed up to” 120 sheets/minute (depends on workpiece size, depends on material)

Economic speed: 80-100 sheets/minute
